Principal HR Business Partner
Carta is seeking a strategic Principal HRBP who is passionate about people and culture. You’re able to build strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners by coaching, advising, and influencing outcomes that are best for Cartans.
Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of HRBP experience
- Business acumen and creative problem-solving
- Experience in fast-paced technology company
- High emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use judgment
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized counsel to leaders at multiple levels
- Implement HR programs, processes, and tools for success
- Influence successful delivery of HR programs
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations
- Identify and support development training needs
- Mitigate HR-related risks and ensure strategic alignment
