Job Purpose
Through the framework of Cura Personalis, the Case Manager uses holistic, student-centered, non-clinical, trauma-informed, solutions-focused approaches to promote self-advocacy and skill sets. The position supports student retention and success through intervention, action plans, and referrals responsive to academic, personal, financial, basic needs, mental health, and physical health student needs. The position requires demonstrated cultural competence and inclusiveness to meet the needs of increasingly diverse group of Gonzaga University students. The Case Manager enhances community capacity for care through consultation and evidence-based training with campus partners, faculty, staff and students. The incumbent provides response and leadership during crisis situations or high-profile emergencies. The position reports to the Director of Case Management.
