Catering Cook

Learn and follow all Aramark handbook guidelines

Responsible for execution of the meal and understanding the timing of food production and to have all components of presentation during catering events

Position involves mornings shifts Monday - Friday maybe some weekends.

Cook and prepare food according to production guidelines and recipes

Must be able to safely operate all kitchen equipment

Rotate preparing hot and cold foods

May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director and the Chef De Cuisine Manager.

Prepares various entrees and menu items following established recipes and according to Catering Orders
