Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

CBEM is looking for an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their Finance Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Accounts Payable system and supporting the Accounts Receivable process.

Experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable software

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including vendor management and processing invoices
Determine payment processing schedule
Post payments and process monthly rent payments
Update and create Accounts Payable policies & procedures
Handle vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts
Perform month-end billing activities and reconcile payments

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar field preferred
