Job Description

Litigation Coordinator plays a vital role in managing administrative aspects of legal and post-charge off recoveries. This role supports post-charge off and legal collector teams by organizing and managing modification processes, ensuring smooth and efficient  review, approval and execution of agreements.

 

Position Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

·       Work OC modification requests submitted by CCMR3 collectors account executives

·       Liaison between account executives and the client:

o   communicate modification requests to the client for review and approval

o   share counteroffers with account executives

o   update progress in LMS and Simplicity

·       Liaison between collectors and outside counsel

o   communicate modification terms to outside counsel

o   request modification document drafts when applicable

o   review documents received from OC for accuracy and work with attorneys to resolve any discrepancies or issues

o   coordinate to ensure deadlines are met

·       Work with the client to:

o   request payment histories

o   set up payment plans

·       Document handling:

o   prepare agreement documents

o   review executed documents to ensure accurate completion

o   send documents for execution to the client and borrowers

o   save documents in LMS and Simplicity

o   create proposed terms using TValue

o   generate SPV AM schedules

·       Monitor agreements progress in IC/OC queue


Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

·       Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

·       High level of accuracy and thoroughness in handling litigation agreements

·       Effective time management and organizational abilities

·       Excellent interpersonal skills

·       Technical proficiency in CMS, Microsoft office suite, Tvalue, GIACT
