Job Summary

Programs are typically of significant complexity and support a mix of mainstream, legacy, and emerging methodologies and tools. The PgM leads cross functional teams, to ensure a consistent and cohesive enablement experience for PMs.. The PgM works well within ambiguous circumstances – bringing process and order, transforming uncertainty into actionable plans and deliverables. In this role, the PgM also leads the design and execution of scalable learning strategies that grow certification rates, accelerate time to proficiency, and strengthen the global PM community. The successful PgM balances scope, risks, dependencies, across multiple initiatives to deliver on defined business outcomes. • Manage the PM learning portal strategy, ensuring resources are easy to find, up-to-date, and aligned with real-time needs.
  • Partner with field leaders and managers to create targeted enablement solutions, development playbooks, and performance support tools.
