Graphic Designer I (Remote)

Location: RemoteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28.24 - 32.00 per hourWe are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our client's team!This mid-to-senior level role involves working on both digital and print projects across various brand touchpoints. As a Designer 4, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Services Team and internal/external partners to create compelling digital and print content. You will be responsible for the concept, design, and production of deliverables, managing projects from the initial creative brief to final execution.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with clients or the art director to determine the scope and objectives of projects.• Utilize digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout tools to craft visually stunning designs.• Create and design visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to effectively convey messages.• Design layouts and carefully select colors, images, and typefaces to enhance visual impact.• Present design concepts to clients or art directors, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.• Manage projects from conceptual strategy to execution, ensuring visual consistency, usability, and brand continuity.• Work closely with subject matter experts from various business units to transform technical information into engaging graphics and presentations.• Apply a strategic perspective to creative campaigns, ensuring that each design contributes to the overall objectives.Qualifications:• Education: Bachelors• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of design principles, illustration, typography, iconography, photography layout, infographics, social media campaigns, and brand identity.• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.• Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail.• Ability to translate conceptual strategies into persuasive executions across various media.• Strong written, verbal, and personal communication skills.• Positive and flexible attitude with an openness to feedback and direction.• Understanding of current industry trends, design processes, methods, and tools.• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.JOBID: 1061466Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
