About the Team The B2B Support Team comes alongside business reps nationwide to act as a liaison between customers, B2B reps and Verizon Customer Service to resolve account needs. Our main goal is to provide an outstanding customer service experience for our clients. This position will focus on analyzing and researching accounts to identify promotions, equipment pricing, billing concerns, etc. Qualifications To include but not limited to... • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members including other departments, regional markets, sales representatives, managers, and Verizon partners via email and phone. • Team player mentality with the ability to influence positive change effectively • Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills • Detail oriented problem solver with strong critical thinking and time management skills • Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities as needed, and work independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams Desired Skills To include but not limited to... • Strong understanding of Cellular Sales culture and what it means to be a team player in this organization. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances or priorities to contribute to accomplishing goals as a team. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail while gathering data to process reports for business customers. • Strong oral communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our customers. • Ability to expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents with proper language and terminology. • Ability to think outside the box and brainstorm to create new or re-think current business process changes. • Ability to expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents with proper language and terminology. Education and Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent experience required. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook • Basic typing and computer skills required • Experience with customer service over the phone preferred What We Offer: • Base Pay of $18/hr. • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance • 401k matching • Health and Wellness Program • Discount on Verizon services • Employee Assistance Program • Onsite gym and walking trail Schedule: This is a full-time position. Our department is open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
