The Opportunity...

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Media Ping Post Manager to oversee and optimize our ping post bidding strategy. This role involves matching supply and demand to develop strategies that maximize profitability while maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and a meticulous eye for detail. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, similar to day trading is essential, as is a basic understanding of programming (Python) to support algorithm updates when necessary.


How You’ll Contribute...
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables etc).
  • Experience with data analysis, forecasting, and strategy optimization.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to stay focused and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred) to understand and modify algorithms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Familiarity with ping post systems or similar bidding platforms


What We're Looking For..
  • Experience in a day-trading-like environment or similar high-intensity decision-making roles.
  • 3-5 years in proven experience in supply and demand analysis and strategy development, as well as lead buying & selling.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.

$80,000 - $95,000 a year
Compensation for this role consists of both base salary and a variable, commission-based component, likely in the range of an additional 25% of your base compensation.
