Certification Grader (Contract/Part-Time) - job 2 of 3

About the Role:

We are looking for people with experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Science to help assess and certify our users. You will be working with the certification team to grade users against predefined standards in their final assessment before certification.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the performance of users during their case studies against predefined standards.
• Providing feedback to the certification team on new and existing case studies to ensure we maintain the high standards required for certification.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of experience in data science or data analysis
• Is comfortable programming in Python, R or SQL
• Is comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
• Has a strong command of English and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Is collaborative and motivated, with ability to execute swiftly
• Is organized, analytical and detail-oriented

Time Commitment:

We expect you to commit to a minimum of 25 case studies per week (approximately 5 hours). We recommend a maximum of 100 case studies per week (around 20 hours). You will be required to complete initial training (approximately 2-3 hours) before you begin grading.
