As Data Support Executive at Cerve, you will play a crucial role in setting up and maintaining our suppliers for a long-term and profitable journey with Cerve.
In collaboration with the commercial team, you will curate, validate, and unify data across the Cerve platform. This role involves working with internal teams and our broad range of suppliers to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.
What you’ll do
As a Data Support Executive at Cerve, you will play a key role in ensuring our suppliers and internal teams operate seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
Review and Enhance Data: Ensure data across our network is standardised, accurate, and improved for seamless operations.
Develop Frameworks: Create conventions, frameworks, and documentation to boost efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with Suppliers: Curate and maintain precise product technical information in partnership with suppliers.
Onboard Suppliers: Guide suppliers onto the Cerve platform with meticulous attention to detail.
Produce Reports: Generate internal and external reports to uphold compliance with agreed standards.
Resolve Issues: Address client data issues, queries, and complaints swiftly and effectively.
Audit Data: Perform regular audits using Excel to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Autonomous: You are comfortable in small teams where you are expected to take full ownership of your projects, driving them from concept to completion.
Detail-Oriented: Focused on ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Resilient: Approach challenges and setbacks with a problem-solving mindset and determination to succeed.

A minimum of 6 months’ experience in a content and data management role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear, empathetic, and professional interactions with customers and team members.
Experience using Product Information Management Systems (i.e. Akeneo, Product Data 360, etc) or Content Management Systems (i.e. Wordpress, Webflow, etc).
Working knowledge of Excel or Python, with the ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
[+] Experience working with large language models (LLMs).
