Responsibilities
Take ownership of incoming customer issues by investigating and resolving complex problems
Provide timely communication to customers and maintain prescribed SLAs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges
Document detailed investigations of new issues and manage Knowledge Base content
Education
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
