Technical Support Engineer - Pacific
Chainguard is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Customer Success team. Ideal candidates are early career professionals with a passion for technical problem solving and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Terraform, and GitHub
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of incoming customer issues by investigating and resolving complex problems
- Provide timely communication to customers and maintain prescribed SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges
- Document detailed investigations of new issues and manage Knowledge Base content
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
