You will Own an extensive array of administrative tasks for the Director, Investments, and the Associate Director that will require you to coordinate logistics both in advance and with last-minute changes:
wrangle hectic calendars and prioritize time, book travel, plan events, etc. Support the Marketable Team as needed Anticipate the needs of your senior leader and proactively seek appropriate... resources to support the team Work collaboratively with our existing EAs to coordinate on administrative priorities and contribute to projects outside of normal scope when needed Manage expense reporting Coordinate and handle document library of communications related to our investment portfolio Other tasks as requested, including but not limited to investment support work You have 7
years of shown experience with related administrative, operations, or project management work in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting senior-level leaders in the banking or finance industry is preferred but not required Excellent organizational skills:
a self-starter with strong foresight, reliability, and outstanding attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize across projects to meet deadlines Proven track record to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent judgment, and respect for confidentiality and ethics Tech-savvy, comfortable communicating virtually and learning new office tools (especially Google Apps like Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slack) Interest in learning about investing and contributing to our team culture Passion for CZI's mission
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Auditing & Compliance, InvestmentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
