We are currently seeking a Change Management Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements. This role will be responsible for providing information related to material/ingredients in preparation of applications and response to Office of Science questions.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as a technical resource in Regulatory Affairs (RA) to manage/control/store/report complex company data and Ultra Trade Secret information.
- Collect, analyze, summarize and author material/ingredient information for, Premarket Tobacco Applications, Substantial Equivalence and response to Office of Science questions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and product stewardship by handling and processing a broad spectrum of requests for toxicological and regulatory reporting change evaluation of materials, processes, and products from a variety of internal and external partners.
- Collaborate with different partners to analyze, synthesize science and regulatory information to present recommendations where there is not an obvious precedent.
- Maintain and handle the appropriate documentation for toxicological and regulatory reporting evaluations to be aligned with Quality Systems and Records Management policies.
- Participate on multi-functional teams to identify and resolve sophisticated issues regarding applicable RA change management or regulatory reporting data.
We want you to have:
- BA or BS in Science, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing or other related fields
- Two plus years’ experience working in regulatory agencies, legal and compliance organizations, research or regulatory affairs.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill and experience working with relational databases and systems like SAP, ENOVIA, Microsoft Access.
- We prefer experience in change management process and understanding of product/material/flavor Bill Of Materials, specifications, and recipe
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with proven ability to meet goals and timelines
- Attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amounts of data
- Experience in regulatory reporting processes and pathways preferred
- Position requires limited travel to manufacturing facilities and to various business meetings and forums
