The Job

As a Channel Account Manager, you will play a key role on the Turntide sales team, with a focus on selling our cloud-based building management solutions to channel partners. You're an experienced sales professional, in the HVAC (with VRF experience) or building automation industry, with solid domain expertise in HVAC & Controls. You will work collaboratively with Turntide account teams, channel partners, and their end-customers to grow cloud-based building management sales revenue, working with product management to influence strategy and deliver results.

You have grown partner sales or built channel segments, carried a quota and consistently met or exceeded your forecast. You are capable to present to business and technical decision makers, and are comfortable presenting a vision, translating technology into business value. Bringing your experience selling through channel partners, you can build compelling proposals and build solutions to meet customer's needs.

You go beyond the tech hype and can sell past buzz words. You're frustrated with the slow pace of innovation in the HVAC/Controls industry, and see an innovation leap happening and want to be a part of it. You're able to let go of past technology paradigms, and help push the modern era of IoT technology. The Requirements

  • 5+ years selling controls solutions and/or VRF in the BMS/BAS/HVAC industry
  • Partner channel account management, system integrator dealers or manufacturer rep (HVAC) experience with demonstrable track record of closing deals and attaining quota
  • Strong working knowledge of the controls and HVAC
  • You get things done with demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong background and proven success with strategic customers
  • Great at execution: results-driven, detail-oriented, organized self-starter
  • Willing to travel up to 25%
  • Proficient using Salesforce CRM, MSFT tools

At Turntide Technologies, our key values are based on building trust and one way of doing that is by communicating openly and concisely. To that end, we are including our approved salary range for this job posting. The exact salary offered to a new hire will vary and will be based on a number of factors including skills, education, along with depth of experience. Hires that meet the expectations outlines in the role can expect an offer near the 50th percentile listed below.

Salary range

$70,875—$118,125 USD
