Our team of experts is dedicated to staying ahead of industry trends and providing exceptional service to our clients.Position PurposeYou'll collaborate with a team to develop and execute comprehensive media plans for mid-sized clients poised for expansion. Your role involves leading client relationships, conducting business reviews, and managing advertising budgets. Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential as you'll motivate your team, identify new opportunities, and ensure successful campaign execution. A passion for the industry, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset are crucial to thriving in this dynamic role.You'll be responsible for driving client revenue, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team environment. A keen understanding of market trends, coupled with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, will be instrumental in achieving your goals. Your ability to adapt to change, overcome challenges, and consistently exceed expectations will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities• Support and design strategy through hard data, customer behavior insights and metrics to drive client sales and brand awareness.• Focus on growing revenue, selling services, and deepening our client's relationships with Channel Bakers.• Communicate regularly with clients via calls, email and in person meetings to assess advertising campaign performance and strategy.• Maintain validity of any necessary or mandated platform or partner certifications that are required of your role• Support the Strategic Account Director with strategic client or team needs• Support Account Managers and Advertising Specialists to ensure their tasks are completed accurately and on time• Responsible for digital insertion order (media authorization form) and SOWs• Manage CRM and keep client data up to date• Work collaboratively with the Finance team to facilitate the organized tracking and prompt settlement of client invoices, maintaining precision and timeliness• Assists with developing training materials as needed• Respond promptly to ad hoc client requests and team requests, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to exceptional teamwork and client service• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within Channel Bakers and other key stakeholdersQualifications And Requirements• 5+ years in a sales role within eCommerce, online marketing or advertising in a fast moving, client facing environment• 2-3 years of Amazon Advertising experience required and exposure to Demand Side Platform (DSP) and Amazon Marketing Cloud significant advantage• Experienced at driving incremental revenue, fostering new relationships, and deepening existing ones.• Experience of working on high performing teams and supporting the developing talented individuals• Strong analytical and qualitative skills - numbers don't scare you!• Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or Communications preferred.• Business fluency in 2+ market relevant languages (including English)• Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc.).
