In this Senior Cloud Security Operations role, you will join the Cloud Security Operations Team as a central point of contact for Schwab Cybersecurity Services and act as a resource for technology related to cloud security controls.The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to operational support for the Firm’s SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) and Cloud Security Posture Management Platforms. Other successful qualities include:• Resilient, self-starter, able to work with limited supervision, and able to work well with others in a team environment while coaching less-experienced team members.• Excellent English verbal and written communications skills with the ability to partner and collaborate with other teams effectively across the enterprise.What you haveRequired Qualifications:• 6+ years’ experience in Cybersecurity• 3+ years’ experience scripting in: Windows and Linux shell, Python, and/or PowerShell.• 2+ years’ experience in a large-scale enterprise level with:• Requirements gathering• System analysis• Incident handling• Change management and implementation• Drift monitoring and alerting• Root cause analysisPreferred Qualifications:• Expertise in policy analysis and tuning• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code frameworks such as: Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes.• On and Off Premise IaaS engineering and automation experience.• Advanced proficiency in managing platform integrations• Demonstrates advanced techniques in creating and optimizing metrics, log analysis, and creating cohesive, audience-focused reporting and dashboards from disparate and diverse data sourcesApplications• Netskope, Palo Alto Networks Prisma (preferred) or exposure to any other Cloud Access Security Broker/SaaS Security Posture Management (CASB/SSPM) and Cloud Security Posture Management Tools (CSPM)• Cloud Service Providers (SaaS): Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure (any of these or other is fine)Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment & Orchestration• Plan, Track & Support: Jira, Remedy, Helix“In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.”What’s in it for youAt Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees’ personal and professional success.
