Senior Compensation Manager

Skills

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain overall compensation and rewards strategy
- Provide expertise on critical compensation programs
- Create policy and program documentation
- Lead efforts in market-based compensation survey participation
- Enable self-service and automation
- Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis
