Responsible for efficiently completing food preparation and performing the basic kitchen responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:
Brings a positive attitude to their everyday kitchen/restaurant tasks.
Always demonstrates great customer service.
Prep for and cook all items ordered.
Communicate with team members to maintain product on the food line.
Trains new team members in knife skills and how to use and clean equipment properly.
Communicates shortage of menu items to the Restaurant Manager immediately.
Stocks work stations according to procedural guidelines in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain appropriate portion and quality control: proper food handling, food safety and sanitation standards to ServeSafe requirements at all times.
Clean, sanitize and keep food areas stocked.
Meet all restaurant and customer service objectives.
Requirements:
One year restaurant experience preferred.
Minimum of 18 years of age.
English fluency (Bi-lingual a plus)
Must be able to lift 40 lbs., ServSafe Certified is a plus.
