These interactions can be positive or challenging, and may require different skills to navigate them successfully:• Interact directly with Chewy's pharmacy customer base through various communication channels, offering assistance and support on an array of topics. This role will primarily involve handling inbound calls, but will also include other types of correspondence.• Research and problem-solve to discover the best possible solutions for customer issues. Consistent follow-up is necessary to ensure that customer needs have been thoroughly addressed.• Work to amaze customers with unparalleled service.
