The Chick Fil A team member serves as an integral member of the Chick Fil A team. The Team Member will provide excellent customer service to all guest through front end and back end operations which may include: greeting all guests in a friendly manner, accurately entering orders into the POS system, cashier duties, food preparation, front end and kitchen stocking, ingredient preparation, inventory, dish machine operation, cleaning duties, opening and closing procedures, and monitoring food quality and safety. Assists with training new staff as necessary. Operates the computer for some training, email, and other related tasks. Minimum Required Qualifications
High School education plus one year of experience in a work environment required; equivalency considered. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Flexibility, ability to communicate and being a team player essential. Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.
