As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in the growth of the company. The Chief of Staff’s purpose is to identify, prioritize and lead key strategic and growth initiatives in partnership with Datasite’s leadership team and its operating units.

This role is packed with intellectual challenges, exposure to the Datasite Executive Leadership Team and different business units across the company, tons of project variety, as well as the opportunity to see the implementation of your analysis and build a career with a growing company. You will work on or lead key cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead Datasite’s key strategic growth initiatives with a focus on improving ROI and driving business growth.
  • Collaborate with leaders to determine and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Take responsibility for projects from conception to completion, collaborating with peers and business unit stakeholders. Write the recommendations and present to leadership.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key internal business partners including Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Finance and Executive Leadership.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to drive competitive advantage.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure team and individual performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
  • Deliver work that meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance – this includes financial models, executive-ready dashboards and presentations, project plans and other relevant outputs as required.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record. We look for evidence of analytical skills, problem solving, and strong logical thinking.
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of directly applicable consulting experience with a focus on operations management. Experience with high-growth, business transformation, and technology is a plus.
  • Experience leading projects from concept to results. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines at a fast pace amidst changing requirements and ambiguity.
  • Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to understand the economic drivers behind a variety of business models. Ability to use financial data and read financial statements.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel skills including building financial and sensitivity models and other advanced Excel functions. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft executive-ready presentations. Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, or SQL is a plus.
