LMI is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification and translation of our clients digital needs for each of our core business areas

Stay educated on emerging technologies

Present reports on the company’s technology status, goals and or progress

Create and oversee implementation of technology solutions & strategies

Align the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals
-
Serve on the executive committee to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational objectives

Identify what technologies can be used to improve the company’s products and services
Qualifications:
- The ability to drive teams in complex solution development

Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifacts.

Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division/Groups in current LMI structure)

Minimum 10 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market.

Advanced degree preferred.
