Job Purpose or Objective(s):You will implement outcome and Indicator reporting for assigned areas. You will work with assigned Business and Program management to present findings and review additional areas of opportunity for increased performance potential. You will report to the Performance Analytics Manager.Primary Tasks:You will provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc consolidated reporting on important metrics to management.Compile and review monthly reporting packages for each assigned area, identify areas that need further investigation before distribution, and communicate findings to appropriate organization personnel.Oversee the development of ad hoc analysis tools for department heads and managers to evaluate performance, compare actual results to forecasts and provide trend analysis.Identify and research trends that require further review and analysis.You will meet with assigned Business and Program management to review results and identify additional opportunities for analysis.Ensure end-users have a understanding of information available to them for review.Review work generated by Performance Analysts to ensure accuracy and proper interpretation of data.Perform other tasks as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field and three (3) years’ experience planning and analysis, OR seven [7] years of directly related experience in lieu of education.Advanced Microsoft Office skills including, higher level functions in EXCEL such as Pivot Tables, sumifs, Nested formulas, V/H lookups, Macros, Graphing, Word, and PowerPointMaintain organization, meet deadlines, have integrity, in handling confidential information.Analyze general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsWrite reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbout the Choctaw NationThe Choctaw Nation is the third-largest Indian nation in the United States, with over 200,000 tribal members and more than 11,000 employees.
