Manage a book of restaurants to help them succeed in using POS products and features
Discover upsell opportunities and promote additional products and features
Assist key restaurant customers with issues and proactively check-in to anticipate potential problems
Coordinate with local teams for on-site service needs
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field highly preferred
