CI Web Group, Inc. is a Digital Marketing Agency with employees located all over the world, working remotely. We are creative, customer-centric, data-forward and our goal is to provide a caring, educated, results-driven, experience for our customers. We are a full service digital marketing agency that provides various services to primarily Home Service Companies throughout the United States & Canada.


We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role involves acting as a liaison between the agency and its clients, understanding the clients' needs and goals, and ensuring that the agency's services align with those objectives. The Account Manager is tasked with maintaining strong client relationships, delivering quality work, and ensuring the agency meets or exceeds client expectations.



Job Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact within the agency. Understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges to effectively address their needs.



Account Management: Oversee all aspects of client accounts, including project management, campaign execution, and budget allocation. Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects while meeting client expectations and objectives.



Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand and grow existing accounts by upselling additional services and solutions. Actively seek new business prospects and generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.



Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic marketing and advertising plans aligned with their business objectives. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends, market research, and competitor analysis.



Campaign Execution: Work closely with internal teams, such as creative, media, and production, to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with client objectives. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth execution.



Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Optimize campaigns based on data analysis and industry best practices.



Contract and Budget Management: Negotiate and finalize client contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly defined and agreed upon. Manage client budgets, monitor spending, and provide accurate financial forecasts.



Communication and Presentation: Communicate agency capabilities, proposals, and campaign strategies effectively to clients through presentations, meetings, and written communications. Tailor communication style and content to various stakeholders.



Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as account managers, creative directors, and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Foster a positive and productive work environment.



Industry Knowledge and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and advertising. Share insights and knowledge with clients and internal teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional results.




Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


Proven experience in account management or sales within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency.


Strong understanding of marketing principles, advertising strategies, and industry trends.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.


Strong negotiation and presentation skills.


Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.


Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.


Proficiency in using CRM software, project management tools


Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
