We are a full service digital marketing agency that provides various services to primarily Home Service Companies throughout the United States & Canada.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales leads, monitoring social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and responding promptly. Additionally, the candidate will be tasked with creating and curating compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and a strong understanding of current trends in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales leads and collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement and build a strong online presence.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital engagement strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of digital engagement efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends in social media marketing.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and managing social media platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
