CIMA+ is seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the recruitment process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and candidates. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment across various departments, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from the initial needs assessment to the successful integration of new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
The expected salary for this position is from $55,000 to $65,000 based on the richness and diversity of the candidate’s experience, training, skills and internal equity. The position or associated salary could vary depending on the profile of the candidate.
