Description du poste

Dans un contexte de développement rapide de notre département logistique, nous recherchons un(e) Human Ressources Business Partner Senior (HRBP) pour accompagner les managers, collaborateurs et organisations de ce périmètre stratégique. Rattaché(e) directement au HR Manager des Opérations, vous serez l’interlocuteur/trice clé sur toutes les questions RH pour votre périmètre, avec un rôle combinant accompagnement de proximité et de leadership RH. 

Vous aurez pour mission de définir, implémenter et suivre la politique RH sur votre périmètre, en respectant les enjeux business tout en garantissant la conformité juridique et la cohésion sociale. 

Vos missions principales : 

1. Ressources Humaines  

  • Accompagner les managers dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs équipes (entretien annuel/professionnel, revues RH, gestion des performances, suivi individuel). 

  • Être le référent juridique RH, garantissant le respect du droit du travail, de la convention collective et des procédures internes. 

  • Maîtriser les modèles horaires de travail spécifiques à l’industrie  

  • Conseiller les managers sur la gestion des relations individuelles et collectives (situations complexes, conflits, procédures disciplinaires). 

  • Élaborer des plans pour adapter les ressources aux besoins business (organisation cible, gestion des compétences, accompagnement au changement). 

2. Gestion Sociale et Dialogue Social 

  • Support à l’organisation, l’animation et le pilotage du dialogue social et des instances représentatives du personnel (CSE, CSSCT) sur votre périmètre, en collaboration avec l’équipe RH en place et le Directeur Logistique Groupe. 

  • Garantir une relation constructive avec les représentants du personnel de votre périmètre. 

  • Appui à la préparation et négociation des accords collectifs (NAO, qualité de vie au travail, égalité professionnelle, etc.). 

  • Assurer la conformité légale et réglementaire des processus sociaux (consultations obligatoires, tenues des réunions, bilans sociaux). 

3. Leadership RH et Développement des Talents 

  • Identifier et piloter les axes de développement des collaborateurs en collaboration avec les managers (plan de formation, mobilité interne, trajectoires de carrière). 

  • Promouvoir une culture de leadership collaboratif, en formant et outillant les managers pour qu’ils deviennent des leaders inspirants et moteurs de transformation. 

4. Projets et Amélioration Continue 

  • Participer à des projets RH transversaux structurants (classification métiers, construction du référentiel des compétences, QVT). 

  • Garantir la mise en œuvre des processus RH, tout en identifiant des pistes d’amélioration pour accroître l’efficacité RH sur le périmètre logistique. 

Qualifications

  • Idéalement de formation en droit social ou à défaut en RH 

  • Expérience : Minimum 5 à 8 ans en tant que HR Business Partner ou Responsable RH, avec 3 ans minimum dans un environnement logistique, industriel. 

  • Compétences : 

  • Solides connaissances en droit du travail et en gestion des relations sociales (animation d’instances, négociations avec IRP/OS). 

  • Capacité à accompagner les managers dans le leadership d’équipes opérationnelles. 

  • Expérience en gestion de projets RH (formation, référentiel métiers, classification). 

  • Maîtrise des outils RH (SIRH, gestion des talents) et sensibilité pour l’amélioration continue des processus RH. 

  • Qualités personnelles : Leadership affirmé, excellent relationnel, posture résiliente, capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
