You'll also have the chance to lead training initiatives across breeding teams in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, sharing your expertise in molecular genetics and quantitative genetics. We're looking for someone with a PhD in relevant fields and at least four years of experience who can navigate the complexities of breeding programs in developing regions.
