Principal Talent Systems & Technology Partner

Circle is seeking a Principal Talent Systems & Technology Partner to join their Talent Systems team. This role will focus on enhancing the Workday Human Capital Management system to ensure a world-class employee experience.

Skills

Workday HCM expertise
HRIS and ATS experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

Lead configuration and implementation of Workday HCM system
Serve as subject matter expert for Workday functionalities
Collaborate with HR stakeholders for process improvements
Implement security protocols for employee data
Design and generate customized HR reports
Train HR staff on report-building tools

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
