Join us and be a part of shaping the future of Cisco Security.Develop and implement product growth strategies to drive revenue and market share for Cisco Security products.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.Monitor and track product performance, using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.Work closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement materials and support their efforts in driving product adoption.Ensure alignment of product growth strategies with overall company goals and objectives.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product growth.Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in driving product growth.Present product growth strategies and updates to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.Adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Continuously evaluate and improve product growth strategies based on market feedback and performance data.Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the team and the company.Represent Cisco at industry events and conferences, showcasing our product offerings and thought leadership.Cisco Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
