Financial Advisor

Lead Advisor, LLC is a wealth management consulting and search firm. This role is for one of our client firms. Our client a well established and top wealth management firm is in search of a Certified Financial Planner with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-tier service to our clients. Experience with eMoney is a definite plus.Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess clients' current financial status and develop personalized financial plans.• Provide strategic recommendations to clients regarding investment options, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.• Collaborate with clients to establish financial goals and develop actionable plans to achieve them.• Monitor and review clients' financial plans regularly to ensure alignment with their evolving needs and objectives.• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning.• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.Qualifications:• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning.• Strong understanding of investment strategies, tax laws, and financial regulations.• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.• Proficiency in financial planning software, with experience in eMoney being advantageous.• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.Benefits:• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.• Health, Life insurance , Short and Long Term disability plans.• Retirement savings plan with employer contribution.• Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.• A supportive and collaborative work environment.
