As a significant part of our Core Banking Division, Citizens Private Client offers personalized and elite financial planning and advice to help our clients achieve their financial aspirations.As a Citizens Private Client Relationship Manager, your role involves direct engagement with our affluent and high-net-worth clients. You will work alongside a Private Client Financial Advisor or High Net Worth Wealth Advisor, and Certified Financial Planners® to form the Citizens Private Client Team. As part of this team, your mandate will be to deliver diverse banking and lending solutions that help our clients effectively manage debt, secure their income, save and grow their assets tax efficiently, protect their families, and prepare to leave a legacy.As a Private Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, expanding, deepening, and retaining relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clientele.Responsibilities- Acquiring new qualified relationships and developing internal and external referral sources to introduce to the Private Client value proposition- Regular, proactive engagements with clients to manage, deepen and retain the relationships- Conducting thorough examinations to understand family dynamics, goals, objectives, and the client’s current financial situations- Collaborating with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to develop the client’s financial plan- Introducing opportunities to segment partners- Leveraging Salesforce CRM tool for documentation purposes- Building an activity-based business development planQualifications- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 3-5 years of relevant experience- Licenses for Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance. If not all licenses are available, they have to be obtained within a specified period after hire- Proven success in a proactive, client-centric sales environment and new client acquisition- Excellent communication skills- Awareness of industry regulatory requirementsWork ScheduleYou will be required to work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.
