My client a GROWING $5 BILLION RIA in the BLUE BELL AMBLER PA area is looking to hire a SENIOR Client Service person to $100,000 salary + bonus + full benefits
POSITION CAN BE HYBRID AFTER INITIAL TRAINING HOWEVER ........YOU MUST LIVE WITHIN A 45 MINUTE DRIVE FOR TRAINING, WEEKLY IN PERSON MEETINGS OR CLIENT REQUESTED MEETINGS.Responsible for cultivating existing client relationships through working with an exp'd advisor or independently. Job functions include formulating, communicating and implementing advice, portfolio management and relationship development.Reports to: Senior PartnerMajor Areas of Responsibility:· Portfolio Managemento Monitor and execute on a subset of portfolios as assigned by other Financial Advisors.o Take responsibility for all portfolio construction details including asset allocation, cash management, tax loss harvesting and annual required minimum distribution (RMD) completion using centralized investment philosophy and firm technical resources.o Generate and approve appropriate trades using firm rebalancing software.· Relationship Managemento Become first line of communication for assigned book of business while developing trusting relationships with existing clients of the firm.o Leverage firm client relationship management (CRM) software to adhere to communication initiatives and scheduled tasks.o Stay informed of industry and company changes and implement them when applicable.· Internal Committee Participationo Contribute to one or more of the internal committees tasked with centralized recommendations on asset allocation and security selection.· Special projects as assigned to assist with firm-wide initiatives.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities· Proactive self-starter with ability to leverage all available resources· Strong communicator in both verbal and written formats· Detail oriented with focus on follow-up and task completion· Ability to develop trust with clients and colleagues· Devotion to client and work deadlines, compliance and data confidentiality· Genuine interest in capital markets and client relationshipsExperience· MUST HAVE 7+ years in a client-facing advisory or financial planning role· Prior experience within client relationship management software as well as experience using a portfolio reporting and trading software· Envestnet Tamarac or SugarCRM experience a plus· Bachelor’s degree preferred
