As a Business Development Representative you will be responsible for:• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold phone calls, emails, LinkedIn & Vidyard videos to generate new leads and opportunities.• Qualify leads and prospects through strategic questioning and research to identify their needs and potential fit for our solutions.• Collaborate and work closely with Account Executives to schedule intro/discovery meetings & ensure a successful handover.• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.• Stay up to date on business software industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.• Continuously improve your sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.Qualifications• Self-motivated, high energy, and dynamic sales and on-camera presence.• Driven personality with a track record for over-achieving.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong phone communication skills - able to understand different buying personas.• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.• Ability to be a resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.• Highly organized with strong time management skills.• Experience working in business development or a customer service-related role, selling Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Business Central, and/or Microsoft Power BI is not required but a major plus!• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Outreach.io sales engagement platform is preferred but not required.
