Data Control Clerk II

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the Data Control Clerk II position is to perform all tasks related to answering telephone lines for the Support Services Call Center at University Hospital, dispatching services to respond to callers, and entering data into the TMS system. Processes emergency notification requests, such as overhead paging announcements, activation of pagers, and initiation of emergency codes.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Certification required. Two (2) years of clerical/data entry experience, preferably in a customer service oriented setting. Detail oriented with excellent telephone etiquette required. Must be a team player with strong time and stress management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must. Knowledge of personal computer applications required. Additional customer service experience may be substituted for clerical experience at management’s discretion.
