The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, effectively presenting our service solutions to potential clients, and closing contracts that ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with new clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prior experience in the facilities services sector is a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, is a plus
