As part of our team, you’ll

Partner with key stakeholders to identify and assess Learning & Development needs across business units, departments and the organization. Leveraging input to define and enrich curriculum.

Instruct high impact training courses, employee up-skilling and professional development programs. Compose innovative and user focused training materials, including reference guides, and on demand learning

Create learning solutions to meet our changing environment and support business objectives; Foster an environment that engages and inspires learners

Collaborate with subject matter experts and external resources to enhance staff technical performance; facilitate critical experience based knowledge transfer.

Assess training effectiveness seeking feedback from learners and their managers while partnering with other parts of the organization to elevate, imagine and engage new training opportunities
Who you are:

Passionate about performance optimization

Comfortable presenting to large groups and not shy about being on camera

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related experience.

2 - 5 years Technical Claim Experience (Property Casualty)

Prior training and/or leadership experience a plus
