In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting on past due balances, providing valuable education to customers to prevent future late fees, and maintaining professional correspondence via telephone, email, and text messaging. Modality: On-Site first 120 days
Schedule:  9 AM - 6 PM (8 AM - 5 PM with DLS)

Clicklease requires all international candidates to complete an English assessment to determine English language proficiency - C1 English Proficiency required.

What you'll be doing 

• Collect on past due balances and educate the customer on how to avoid future late fees

• Maintain professional correspondence via telephone, email, and text messaging

• Make outbound calls to existing customers daily

• Evaluate account performance utilizing daily reports

• Document each communication quickly and accurately

• Perform skip-tracing on “no contact” accounts

• Other duties may be as assigned as needed

What you have: 

• Excellent English communication skills—C1 or above

• 2+ years of experience as a collections representative

• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

• 1+ years of experience in the financial industry

• Retail or wholesale industry experience preferred—equipment finance a plus

• Tech savvy and experienced with CRM software
