Location: Alajuela, Costa Rica

Modality: Hybrid 1~2 Day from office

Schedule: Monday ~ Friday 8AM ~ 5PM

What you'll be doing:

·       Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments.

·       Kubernetes Orchestration: Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters, including the deployment of microservices, monitoring, and scaling.

·       Virtualization: Utilize virtualization technologies (such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) to optimize resources and manage virtual environments.

·       Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for system provisioning, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

·       Monitoring and Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize infrastructure for maximum efficiency and reliability.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.

·       Security: Implement best practices for infrastructure security, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management.

What you have:

·       Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on Linux, Kubernetes, and virtualization technologies.

·       Technical Skills:

o   Strong proficiency in Linux systems administration (preferably Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS).

o   Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).

o   Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V.

o   Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

o   Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

o   Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

o   Knowledge of networking, security, and system monitoring tools.

·       Soft Skills:

o   Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

o   Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

o   Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·       Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
