We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the sales team in their region, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with our customers. Travel Requirement: up to 50% overnight
What you’ll be doing:
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for the region.
Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region.
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
What you have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the leasing or finance industry.
5 years of management experience
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel up to 50%

Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to track and measure performance, preferably Salesforce
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take risks and think creatively to solve problems.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and underwriting.
