Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator! You'll manage mail, office supplies, and facilities, support various administrative tasks, and assist executive leaders and departments. With your organizational skills and experience, you'll ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Compensation:  $17-$21 hourly
Modality: On-Site
FLSA Exemption:  Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

What you'll be doing 

  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Point of contact for office supplies, equipment, and facilities required

  • Support the maintenance of office files and records

  • Support the maintenance of employees' electronic records

  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and events as needed

  • Providing support to other departments, executive leaders and team members as needed

  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, copying, and filing

  • Ensuring the office is tidy and organized, and maintaining a professional office environment

  • Employees badge management (creation and disable)

  • Assure timely stocking and ordering for break room supplies

  • Assist security system administration

  • Complete background/screening checks for new hires

  • Being the point of contact with office supplies vendors

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling confidential information and assisting with HR-related tasks.

What you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with executive leaders and team members in a professional manner

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage their time

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
