As the Client Engagement Leader for Data & Analytics, you'll play a crucial role in our mission. We're seeking someone with extensive knowledge of the retail industry, a track record of managing trust-based and value-led relationships, and demonstrated expertise in delivering large technology-driven projects. You'll be a natural team leader, guiding our clients through their data strategy and enabling them to deliver customer-centric solutions that out-compete the competition. Your hands-on capability in delivering solutions like Cloud/Data Warehousing, Data governance, and Business intelligence solutions will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their shopper and company objectives in a pragmatic and business-oriented way.

  • As a Client Engagement Leader - Data & Analytics, your responsibilities will include:


    • Client Delivery Leadership: Successfully executing all aspects of client contracts and managing "Statements of Work."
    • Client Account Leadership: Developing and delivering business through trust and value-led relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Logic as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
    • Industry Thought Leadership: Reinforcing Logic's reputation as an industry thought leader by staying up to date with the latest trends and understanding the retail industry's context within global, economic, technology, and social trends.
    • Team Leadership: Building and nurturing high-performing teams while actively contributing to Logic's reputation as a world-class company with exceptional talent.

To excel in this role, we're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, software provider, or retail organization (with data and analytics application experience).
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles at the senior executive level, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing, selling, and delivering complex and impactful client engagements or internal projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously with various clients.
  • General knowledge of market trends in Data, along with hands-on experience with tools and technologies supporting Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Cloud Migration, ETL/ELT Design, Business Process Design, and Business Intelligence.

Location

  • CELs can be based anywhere in the US or Canada and must be able to work in such a way as to be able to serve clients in the major regional time zones
  • Occasional travel may be required for corporate or client events
