Job Location: Hybrid Remote from Houston, TX; or Fully Remote within Texas

Summary
The Client Manager will help develop and implement the network growth and optimization strategy for CVCP and other prospective bundles clients within their target markets. This position will serve as a primary point of contact with network providers and their office staff for the presentation and interpretation of provider performance data to educate and provide actionable insights to optimize provider performance in prospective bundles and other value-based care (VBC) programs. The Client Manager will work closely with Department's leaders to support and implement high-quality, data-driven insights and improve program performance.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor, and internal advocate for a book of clients
  • Lead a cross-functional Account Team for each client within book of clients
  • Facilitate regular, executive-level meetings focused on client needs, their organizational goals and objectives, and potential expansion opportunities
  • Arrange and conduct face-to-face provider meetings to review, educate and inform about their performance in VBC programs and explore ways to optimize performance utilizing CGT analytics data and tools
  • Utilizing dashboards and other performance metrics, establish and maintain strong working relationships with providers and their office staff to promote the steady growth of participation in CGT VBC programs
  • Develop and execute on success plans for clients that outline their critical success factors and metrics for success, track progress and mitigate potential issues, and celebrate success through documented value stories and references served
  • Acts as a coach for Client Specialists
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of dashboards/reports and insights that analyze business functions, key operations, and performance metrics
  • Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables
  • Examine, interpret and report/present results of analytical initiatives to providers and their office staff as well as CGT Department leadership
  • Oversee data/report requests: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
  • Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Other duties and projects as requested by management

Required Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in provider relations or network management with a demonstrated ability to perform network development and/or provider relations
  • Experience with advanced data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Maintain a professional, businesslike image to clients, visitors, internal staff, and the public
  • Excellent interpersonal and observational skills
  • Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and team oriented
  • This is a field-based role and will require mostly local travel. Expected to be on-site at network provider locations 80% of the time, with 20% office and/or remote (home) work


Preferences – Not Required

  • Experience in both provider and payer organizations is a plus
  • Experience with value-based care and payment methodologies is highly preferred
  • Experience with provider economics/analytics is a plus
  • Knowledge of claims processing, managed care plan benefits, and utilization management policies and procedures is a plus
