Ameriprise – Fond du Lac, WI – Michael Kreuziger, a Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a part-time, with the potential to be full-time ( PT hours - 20 plus hours weekly - very flexible ), Client Service Associate to join our innovative and dynamic team. At Ameriprise Financial we help people feel confident about their financial future by providing comprehensive financial planning and investment consulting to families, individuals, and small organizations to help achieve financial goals and simplify their financial lives.
Job Purpose:
Serve as a Client Service Associate, providing exceptionally friendly, helpful, high-quality service to our clients and help the practice in managing and organizing office workflow.
Responsibilities:

Greet clients upon arrival
- Answering and triaging calls
- Help clients with Ameriprise.com and Secure Site
- Set up and maintain client management system
- Manage and document client contact/calls
- Prepare correspondence for advisor signature
- Copy and follow-up with home office on related issues
- Coordinate marketing events for the practice
- Schedule client appointments and prepare agendas and forms for appointments
- Conduct client appointment reminder calls and check-in calls on follow up items
- Review financial planning arrangements/payments
- Track Insurance Applications and Underwriting and addresses any additional requirements
- Track Transfers, Rollovers and Applications and addresses any additional requirements
- Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts
- Other clerical support as required
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or higher
- 2+ years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry
- Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
- Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by advisor, Ameriprise Financial
- Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within the advisor’s practice
- Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
Salary and Benefits:

$18-$22 per hour - commensurate with experience
