Client Systems Manager

What you get to do:
    • Own the client experience as it relates to Sequoia's Benefit Administration portal
    • Partner with internal Sequoia client team members to support client lifecycle and long-term client retention
    • Partner closely with Client Experience Managers for successful implementation of Sequoia preferred Benefits Administration systems
    • Collaborate with clients and third-party payroll/HRIS systems partners to integrate with Sequoia's benefit administration portal
    • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and inaccuracies within the benefits administration system and carrier database
    • Collaborate with Sequoia EDI & Data team to project manage new EDI implementations and maintain ongoing data health
    • Point of contact for Client Experience Manager education and training of benefit administration and system workflows
    • Collaborate and drive discussions with multiple stakeholders
What You Bring:
    • 2-5+ years of experience in project management
    • 2-5+ years of experience with benefits administration system implementations
    • 2+ years of experience in client service
    • Detail and process-oriented thinker with strong analytical skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time
    • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Solutions-oriented team player who takes initiative and is accountable for results
    • Strong understanding of systems functionality across multiple platforms (HRIS, Benefit Administration and Payroll)
    • Feels comfortable reviewing and handling complex data sets
    • Bachelor's degree
