Description

The Software Development and Support team is responsible for building and maintaining the EMR system used for documentation, treatments and reporting for our internal and external teams and clients. As a Clinical Data Analyst you are expected to support our software developers, system updates and audits and will ensure that all data delivery is consistent throughout ongoing projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure Data Integrity through:
    • Routine reviews of internal data and correction of identified issues as necessary
    • Review of patient medical data as needed to assist support team members
    • Review of internal and external information/audits
    • Review of reports generated by Source systems
    • Conduct audit of billing invoices
  • Implement monitoring and data metrics to aid in data quality communication with stakeholders
  • Responsible for communication/troubleshooting with integration clients (new and existing)
  • Assist with training internal and external clients as necessary
  • Prepare and process billing export files based on client need


Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process/improvement minded
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Can-do attitude with a demonstrated ability to get things done under minimal supervision
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of therapy requirements in relation to skilled nursing facilities a plus
