How You'll Make an Impact:
Dispatch Health is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Trial Program Supervisor to serve as a member of the Clinical Trail team. This position is responsible for the implementation and coordination of all clinical trials conducted by DispatchHealth in partnership with health systems, Clinical Research Organizations, and Industry. These studies are wide-ranging and involve extensive collaboration with internal teams and externally with regulatory agencies, partnering laboratories and patients. This is a temporary, full-time position lasting 7-10 months. The Clinical Trial Program Supervisor will work in collaboration with the principal investigator, sub-investigators and other clinical research coordinators involved in supporting the trail. This role requires oversight of the Clinical Trail team and help maintenance of the trail in a supervisory role.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations to support clinical teams, clinical research coordinators, study subject enrollment and engagement across the organization.

Oversee the consent process, subject visit completion, source document completion, and CRF completion.

Ensure standard operating procedure is followed and recommend opportunities for process improvement.

Collaborate with clinical teams and partnering laboratories to ensure tests and procedures required by the clinical protocols are performed and documented.

Work directly with market leaders to develop and implement a plan to meet subject enrollment targets for each trial.

Perform on-going monitoring and surveillance of market enrollment, provide feedback to market leaders, and work directly with providers in the market to resolve compliance issues.

Collaboration with National Vendor manager.

Travel to key trial markets to provide on-going study support and guidance.
What You Need:
- Associates degree required.

A minimum of 8+ years of management, supervisory experience
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and master complex protocol information.

Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and ability to problem solve and multi-task.

Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
