Clinical Trial Program Supervisor

• Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations to support clinical teams, clinical research coordinators, study subject enrollment and engagement across the organization.
• Oversee the consent process, subject visit completion, source document completion, and CRF completion.
• Ensure standard operating procedure is followed and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and partnering laboratories to ensure tests and procedures required by the clinical protocols are performed and documented.
• Work directly with market leaders to develop and implement a plan to meet subject enrollment targets for each trial.
• Perform on-going monitoring and surveillance of market enrollment, provide feedback to market leaders, and work directly with providers in the market to resolve compliance issues.
• Collaboration with National Vendor manager.
• Travel to key trial markets to provide on-going study support and guidance.

• Associates degree required.
• A minimum of 8+ years of management, supervisory experience
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret and master complex protocol information.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and ability to problem solve and multi-task.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
