+2 years of supervisor experience leading a team
+2 years of coaching experience improving performance
+2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing role
Responsibilities
Monitor agent performance and provide coaching based on QA feedback and metrics
Handle customer escalations and ensure schedule adherence and productivity levels
Maintain coaching logs and provide regular written feedback to agents
Navigate support tools like Zendesk, Metabase, and Five9
Resolve team challenges and conflicts, and lead team building activities
