Customer Support Supervisor

Clipboard Health is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor to lead and coach a team of agents in delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote position with a focus on improving performance and ensuring quality assurance.

Skills

+2 years of supervisor experience leading a team
+2 years of coaching experience improving performance
+2 years of customer service experience in a customer-facing role

Responsibilities

Monitor agent performance and provide coaching based on QA feedback and metrics
Handle customer escalations and ensure schedule adherence and productivity levels
Maintain coaching logs and provide regular written feedback to agents
Navigate support tools like Zendesk, Metabase, and Five9
Resolve team challenges and conflicts, and lead team building activities
